Land and Development Brokers

We enable clients to realise
the potential of their property.

Confidentiality is the core strength of our business as we understand our clients may not want their property sale made public. We take a different approach to some other agents by providing a discrete service, specific to your needs.

The chances are that this may be the only parcel of land you own, or maybe the sale of your business premises, due to retirement or financial difficulty. We will advise and work with you to obtain the best outcome, to suit your personal circumstances. Gaining planning permission is a costly exercise and can be a lengthy process, anyone who advises you differently may not have the experience and honesty you can rely on. We can put together a package that will not only achieve a strong land value, but the cost of the planning process will be paid for by your purchaser.

We specialise in the sale of development sites, with or without planning permission, from single plots to strategic land and multiple unit schemes.

“Our business that we had run for 30 years was no longer financially viable. It was a stressful time for all as we didn’t know what to do. Our accountant introduced us to Cameron who dealt with the whole process, agreeing a value, finding us a purchaser, dealing with Solicitors and planning. It allowed us to move on with our lives, all in complete confidence, we can’t thank him enough.”
